Finishers medal and optional technical training T-shirt that can be purchased during online entry.
waymarked & marshalled
The course will be waymarked and marshalls will also be in place where there is a change of direction.
water station
There will be a water station located on the course near Morrisons and close to the halfway point.
free post race hot food
Free POST RACE hot food and free PRE RACE hot drinks. There will also be a bar open after the race.
toilets & showers
The event starts and finishes at Grappenhall & Thelwall Royal British Legion Club where there are toilet facilities.
traveling by car
On-site parking and plenty of on-street parking nearby but please do not park on the main A56 Stockport Road.
